This collar is made from a double ply (triple ply for the hole section) high quality black Nylon webbing and is fully lined with a felt backing making it extremely comfortable. It is 1.5" wide, has a double ply handle with an extra D-Ring to keep the collar at ready use when not being used specifically for agitation work.
