RETURNS: We do not accept any returns. All of our equipment is custom made to fill each and every order as they come in. Therefore, once purchased it is sold.

PRODUCT SIZING: Product sizes given are in general only, there is always the exception. When stating our sizes, we give minimum and / or maximum sizes of gear having been tested, however these do not always conform to every breed or weight of dog. If you have any concerns about sizing, please ask and we will confirm a fit.

EXCHANGE: In the event that a wrong size has been purchased, please contact us to arrange for sending the item back to us to be altered. Purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges both ways.

EXPIRED WEB PAGES: Occasionally an old expired Web Page is stored in a Search Engine. We do our best to overwrite and cancel these however sometimes they remain on the World Web. In fairness to all of our customers if you make a purchase from one of these pages unknowingly we will contact you and either ask for a correction or a cancellation.
